About Us
McCalley Rigging is really about David
McCalley.
David has been designing and building custom metal artwork and innovative
prototypes in
collaboration with artists and architects for over 15 years.
His expertise originates from many years as a professional sailboat racer and
rigger. David's mathematical knowledge and experience of the dynamics of
yacht racing have given him a unique understanding of the mechanics of design
and structure, and his ability to design
and build tooling for specific requirements has been instrumental in solving both complex and
simple problems.
Our charges for design services are individually assessed and discussed in advance of any work being undertaken, and we normally require a deposit.
No matter how large or small the project is, you can rest assured that the same standard of excellence and attention to detail will be applied.
